The objective is to offer an effective and broad consultancy and operational service to the debt or equity financial investor (bank, private equity fund or other) relating to a possible or full-blown corporate insolvency of a significant size.
The intervention takes place through a pool of professionals with solid experience to satisfy the different and specific needs typical of a renovation, within a direct coordination role.
The activities can be modular and scalable, limiting themselves to the study and finalization of the restructuring plan or also continuing with operational implementation:
- design of the restructuring plan (Business Plan and Financial Maneuver);
- piano validation;
- implementation of the organic plan (executive industrial plan);
- possible strategic exit.
With experience, we have developed a methodology that presents some milestones in terms of approach and final results.
