The methodology
We provide complete assistance and constant support during all phases of an M&A transaction, supporting private equity funds and companies operating in the mid-market in different sectors (fast consumer goods, automotive, energy, luxury, ..) in the conception and execution of sales, mergers and acquisitions of companies, companies or shareholdings.
